It's not a talent problem

You know the words. So why can't you say them?

Recognizing a word on a screen and saying it in a conversation are different skills. Many word drills train recognition, not a spoken response. Here is what practising the second skill looks like.

Move beyond recognizing the answer

A screen can show you the right word. Speaking asks you to recall it, pronounce it and respond. Practise those actions separately from tapping an answer.

What Rocket Spanish includes

Speak and check

Speech and voice recognition lets learners practise phrases. Role-play conversations let them join dialogues.

A reason to pause

You might not need a course

For a handful of travel phrases, the free PDF below may be enough. If you only want to recognize words on a screen and do not plan to use speaking activities, a conversation-based course may not be the right fit.
